The central enrolments database ‘Banner’ is being upgraded by ISS and has been made temporarily unavailable. Consequently, there will be no updates to staff or student enrolments on the VLE until at least Tuesday next week (Tuesday 4th May).
Schools and Faculties with staff who need to be added to a module as graders, instructors, module builders etc in the next few days should contact the ISS helpdesk on Tel 33333.
New student enrolments or alterations will resume next week once the Banner upgrade is completed.
Please note, staff and students who already have enrolments will not be affected by this event and need do nothing – you can still use the VLE.
