Problem with viewing PDFs on a Windows PC

We are currently investigating why some people are having issues viewing PDFs using a Windows PC. This occurs when staff have used the Add File option and have left the setting ‘Open in New Window’ as No.

Until this issues is resolved, a workaround for staff is to set the ‘Open in new window’ option to Yes (use the drop down menu to edit if you’ve already added the document.) Here’s a screencast of how to do this:

Unfortunately we are unable to make this setting Yes by default.
