Problems downloading Turnitin assignments using Internet Explorer

Turnitin have confirmed that there is an issue preventing staff from downloading multiple files when using Internet Explorer 7 or 8.  Users will see the error ‘Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.’

Turnitin have confirmed that they are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible, but in the meantime multiple files can still be downloaded using Mozilla Firefox, or alternatively you can continue to download single files using Internet Explorer by selecting the file icon to the right of the assignment title.
