Users will see this manifest as slow response time and/or page delivery problems.
We are currently liaising with our vendor at the highest level and can assure all users that everything possible is being done to restore service.
Investigations are now focussing on a specific database issue.
Note: Users can still use the system but may experience reductions in speed.
