We experienced a short outage to the Questionmark assessment server between 16:00 – 16:40 today (26 October 2011). During this period students attempting to access assessments via the VLE will have seen a 500 Internal Error message, and those trying to submit an attempt in progress will have seen the error ‘Service Unavailable’.
Any attempts that were in progress/submitted at this point will need to be made again.
If you require access to an assessment which is set to a limited number of attempts that you have exceeded due to the outage please contact your tutor/department.
