Delay/non delivery of Turnitin email receipts

Occasionally during busy periods Turnitin confirmation of submission email receipts may be significantly delayed or not delivered. This doesn’t mean a submission hasn’t been successful.

Students who have successfully submitted will see an on screen receipt and associated paper ID. Those that have already submitted and want to check it can return to the assignment and view their paper. Instructions on how to do this are in the ‘Check submission’ section of the student Turnitin guide.
