Delay / non delivery of Turnitin submission emails

At busy periods the delivery of email acknowledgments confirming a Turnitin submission has been successful can be delayed. Students who have successfully submitted as assignment to Turnitin but are yet to receive an email acknowledgement can check this by following the steps in the ‘Check submission’ section of the guide.
