Turnitin has identified the following known issue with it’s iPad grading app:
iPad® app – QuickMarks associated to a rubric criteria not updating – Instructor
There is a known issue with the Turnitin for iPad® app where QuickMarks associated with a Rubric Criteria may fail to save or synch to the iPad. To avoid this issue, instructors should not associate a QuickMark with a Rubric Criteria when using the iPad to grade. The Turnitin engineering team has developed a fix for this issue which will be released in the next version of the app coming in of October 2014.
