VLE Issues – Tuesday 10th January

The VLE experienced some performance issues yesterday, which may have meant pages and documents took longer to load and some users may have had problems logging in. These issues started at 16:30.

This was resolved by restarting the VLE. During this period, the VLE was unavailable from 17:10 until 17:30. Full service was resumed from 17:30.

Service was monitored overnight and the VLE is now stable.
