Access to Minerva has now been reinstated on campus. Users will no longer get the ‘Secure Connection Failed’ message and the login page will now load.
Some off campus users may be able to access Minerva, but others may continue to have issues. This will resolve itself once the changes made are recognised by all Internet Service Providers.
It is possible that users could get stuck in a loop if they have tried to login during the outage. In this case, please clear your browser cache, save any work and close all your browser windows before trying again. The loop will display this message:
