Users are unable to access Minerva off campus via the Single Sign On link (SSO).
This issue is affecting other services that use SSO including Office 365. Please note that users accessing Minerva via Eduroam will not be affected.
A workaround is to use the alternative login option.
- Use your usual IT username
- You will not need to use @leeds.ac.uk in the username field
Toolbar links to other systems will not sign in and will require a login.
If this doesn’t work you can access Minerva via Desktop Anywhere using Google Chrome (Internet Explorer via Desktop Anywhere is unsupported) (https://it.leeds.ac.uk/info/69/desktop_anywhere).
