Minerva issues – update

Users can now upload files to Minerva and add content e.g. links to tests. However, reports still do not run.

Minerva issues

At present, some users cannot upload files to Minerva, run reports or add content e.g. links to tests.

This is being investigated as a matter of urgency.

Struggling to find your module content?

If you struggle to find content on your Minerva module, try using the module map. Click the icon in the top right of the module menu to open it:

You can expand the map using the + icon:

This will show you all the items available and where they are located.

You can use Control+F, or Command+F on a Mac, to search the map for a keyword. Click on a folder/item and the relevant area in the module will open.

Minerva downtime due to essential maintenance – 15th May

Minerva will be unavailable on Wednesday 15th May from 7:30am for essential maintenance. This work should last no longer than two hours and we will look to minimise the time the service is unavailable.

During maintenance, an alternative page will be displayed with direct links to key University systems, such as email, but there will be no access to VLE resources during this time.
