Minerva Data Feeds

Part of the Minerva maintenance in December required our existing data feeds to be updated. The new feeds are in the final stages of testing and should be in place prior to the start of term, at which point data in Minerva will automatically be updated on a nightly basis. Until that point we will normally run updates to the data below twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. We are updating:

  • Student and staff accounts
  • 19/20 staff and student module enrolments
  • Communications organisation enrolments

We won’t be updating merged module/organisation enrolments during this period.

If you require urgent access to a module or organisation, please contact your school to ensure Banner is updated where relevant and then contact the IT Service Desk, so that the enrolment can be processed manually.

Due to the ongoing Minerva issues, no feeds have been processed since Wednesday 27th November. This means that staff and student enrolments to modules and organisations have not being processed, along with new accounts and merged modules/organisations.

If you do require urgent access to a module or organisation, please contact the IT Service Desk, so that the enrolment can be processed manually.

As part of a central project to update Faculty and School data, we are not processing data feeds into Minerva at present. We anticipate that they will resume on the evening of Thursday 7 Nov into Friday 8 Nov.

This means that staff and student enrolments for modules and organisations are not being processed, along with new accounts and merged modules/organisations.
