Questionmark guidance for staff and students

Following recent feedback we have updated the staff guide with information on how to tryout an assessment, a new FAQ section has also been added.

We have also produced a brief guide for students on how to access a Questionmark assessment in the VLE which includes information on what to do if they have any issues accessing assessments.

It is also recommended that staff read the Questionmark section of the known issues document (requires log-in) which highlights potential issues when authoring and delivering assessments.

Drop in sessions

The VLE Service offers Drop In sessions where staff can come for help with building their module in the VLE. The sessions are informal with no presentation, just one-to-one help as required. We are happy to visit your Faculty if this would be useful for your staff. We will need your help with:

  • Booking a suitable computer cluster
  • Suggesting a suitable day/time
  • Advertising the event to your staff

If you are interested, please contact the VLE Service to discuss further.
