Minerva Available

Minerva is available again following the unscheduled outage. The outage prevented all users from accessing the system.

Minerva was unavailable from approximately 1805 on 02/09 until 0945 on 03/09.

Minerva is currently unavailable as we are experiencing technical issues.

If you are affected by this issue; please contact the the Service Desk, so you can be kept updated. (You will need to log in for an incident to be created)

Minerva – Unavailable

Minerva is currently unavailable. The issue is currently under investigation by engineers.

UPDATE: Minerva Feeds

The data feed between Banner and Minerva ran successfully overnight, meaning that all staff and student enrolments should now be up to date.

We will continue to monitor the service and the data feeds over the next 24 hours to make sure everything is running as normal.

Update: Issues with Minerva

Minerva is now stable and users should no longer have access issues or experience slow loading of pages. However, feeds from Banner are currently not running, meaning staff and student enrolments to modules and organisations are not being processed. Engineers are looking at the feed issue to get it back up and running as soon as possible.

Issues with Minerva

Some users are still having issues with Minerva; including possible slow load times.

Resolved – Turnitin unavailable

Issues with Turnitin, which prevented users from accessing the service between 09:37 – 14:36 BST on Monday 22nd October, have now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.
