This is affecting all UK Turnitin customers. Turnitin advise us that a fix should be implemented by late February. Until then, you can get a copy of the receipt by returning to the submission area in the VLE:
Turnitin: Submission and email receipt issues
Issues have been identified with Turnitin affecting the submission process and delivery of receipts by email.
Students are currently unable to submit using Safari on Mac. There have also been reports of screen ‘freezing’ when using Internet Explorer for submissions, in both cases students are advised to use an alternate browser e.g. Chrome or Firefox.
Digital receipts confirming submissions may not be delivered by email. Additionally, digital receipts may be missing the Submission ID number. You can check your assignment has been successfully submitted by following the steps in our guide: http://www.leeds.ac.uk/vle/students/assess/turnitin/ (Under the Check section > Viewing the digital receipt and checking your submission)
Turnitin are aware of the problems and are working on a resolution to the issues, we will update you via this blog once they have been resolved.
