Minerva Slowness – Resolved

Minerva experienced a performance issue yesterday from approximately 1520 until 1540. This issue affected all users.

IT engineers are investigating and the service continues to be monitored.

Update: Issues with Minerva

Minerva is now stable and users should no longer have access issues or experience slow loading of pages. However, feeds from Banner are currently not running, meaning staff and student enrolments to modules and organisations are not being processed. Engineers are looking at the feed issue to get it back up and running as soon as possible.
