Resolved: Issue with Turnitin Receipts by Email

Turnitin have informed us that receipts are now being delivered to Office365 email accounts as usual.

Any receipts that students have not received via email since 30/11/16 will not be resent. Students can still download the digital receipt manually, information on how to do this can be found in our previous blog posting: https://vleservice.wordpress.com/2016/12/01/turnitin-issue-with-email-receipts/

Comments are welcome, however if you need help or advice please contact the IT Helpdesk on tel (0113) 343 3333, via the online contact form, or helpdesk@leeds.ac.uk.

eAssessment survival guide for students

If you read one thing before taking your next online assessment, read this: http://www.leeds.ac.uk/vle/students/assess/eassessment/

We cover the common pitfalls of eAssessment and what to do if things go wrong.

Staff: If you have online assessment in your VLE module, encourage your students to read the guide by adding the link.

Comments are welcome, however if you need help or advice please contact the IT Helpdesk on tel (0113) 343 3333, via the online contact form, or helpdesk@leeds.ac.uk.

Help students help themselves

This is the time of year many staff may be in the process of finalising their module content, part of which may include creating a Turnitin assignment submission area.

Adding some context senstive help to your module can help your students with the submission process, see part five of our ten things series for more information.

You can find links to further student guides on our website.

Comments are welcome, however if you need help or advice please contact the ISS helpdesk on tel (0113) 343 3333, or helpdesk@leeds.ac.uk.
