Turnitin: Problems submitting your file?

If you are using Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Office 2013, you should save your finished work as a PDF rather than a Microsoft Word document. For OpenOffice, we recommend that you use the .odt format or save as a PDF.

For more information about files and common problems with submissions see the Turnitin guide.

Additionally the eAssessment Survival Guide covers the common pitfalls of eAssessment and what to do if things go wrong.
