Minerva available

Minerva is available again following the unscheduled outage this morning.

The service was unavailable from 0200 until 1025 (approx).

Minerva is now online and engineers continue to investigate the cause.

If you were unable to submit work while Minerva was unavailable, please read the guidance on what to do on the For Students website or contact your school for advice.

Minerva unavailable

Minerva is currently unavailable. If this affects you, please let the IT Service Desk know. Log in to the IT website, click Service Status from the top menu, then select “I’m affected”.

The For Students website has guidance on what to do if you need to submit work while Minerva is down. It also has links to systems that you might usually access through Minerva. If you need to submit work while Minerva is unavailable, contact your school for advice as soon as possible.

Minerva Update

Users will have experienced problems accessing Minerva on Monday afternoon; the service was unavailable from 2pm to 5:30pm approx.

We are monitoring the service closely and continue to investigate the cause as a matter of priority.

Minerva Slowness

Users may be experiencing problems accessing Minerva – pages are sometimes loading slowly. IT engineers are investigating as a matter of priority.
